The Energy Delta Convention (EDC) is a high-level international energy event with a unique interdisciplinary platform for senior business, science and government experts. This year the first lustrum of the Energy Delta Convention will be celebrated, and will therefore be even bigger and more interesting than previous years! The 2009 edition is host to four different conferences, which provide two full days of lectures, discussions and workshops on major topics in the field of energy transition: Gas meets Electric, International Electric Car Conference, the 14th International Stirling Engine Conference, and Technology Transfer in the international climate change framework.
On top of these conferences, the EDC includes a number of high level plenary events: forums, dinners, networking lunches, keynote speeches given by amongst others Roelf Venhuizen, Uffe Ellemann-Jensen, and Tony Meggs, and the concluding speech delivered by Gerhard Schröder! Also there will be a number of side events, with amongst others a special event for young energy professionals and students!
