Anyone experience of Joliet Technology? I have had a disastrous experience with them, I am left owed money and faulty equipment.

I suggest that it would be more intelligent to address whatever issue you may have with Joliet direct to the management instead of making completely unfounded statements in an anonymous fashion on a forum - who are you and what is your problem?

Unfortunately I went down this road, made several phone call, send several emails and the 'management' wouldn't even entertain a discussion with me. Fortunately my issues are completely founded and I can wholly substantiate them. What do you suggest I do? It's seems amazing that you took the time to reply to this post after ignoring me for so long.

Should the management of Joliet Technology wish to redeem themselves they can refund the monies they owe as they promised. I believe you know who I am and we can put this matter to bed. If I thought that you would clear this matter up in a normal business fashion I would do, but I am left with no alternative.

Note to moderator, I have done business with Joliet Technology in a very genuine manner, prepaid a substantial amount of money, if need be I can furnish you with documentation that can prove my points. I would prefer to have my money than the experience I have had with Joliet. I genuinely want to warn people to be careful when dealing with this company. I can pass my proof to you if need be.

before purchasing products/services that are all about alternative energy you should also factor in the rep of the company and how long they've been doing business. it sets up quite a dilemma since more established companies aren't as willing to embrace all the latest technology

fortunately solar panels is a relatively old technology with plenty of old established companies dealing in it

As we enter 2010 please let the management of Joliet redeem themselves and refund the money they owe. I believe if you ask your receptionist and think hard you will realize who I am and do the right thing.

Hello, my name is John Gierich & I am the marketing director at Joliet Technologies, L.L.C. Here in the United States (Joliet, IL actually Crest Hill, IL just North of Joliet).

I would like to clarify that the Joliet Technologies that mummy4 is talking about is NOT us. If he had done business with us and had a problem it would have been resolved quickly. We have great customer service and go to great lengths to assure our customers are satisfied.

There are a few companies around the world with the name Joliet Technologies. I believe he is talking about a European company.

For the record, we were dealing with Joliet Technologies with offices both in Spain and France. I have never dealth with Joliet Technologies, L.L.C. United States.
