I am glad talking with someone who share the same interest and since the benefits of waste, we are American company doing consultancy and environmental services, we deal with several technology providers who we can depend on to have turnkey projects, and at least one Indian company shows real interest to even finance the project against solid documents and government contracts.

They could be of great help to you and are ready to go now. I know they are in the process of placing a WTE plant in Midwest of the US and are contemplating several in the Middle East, India and the Caribbean.
The CPE system can convert the waste, through plasma arc gasification, to either clean energy or ultra-low sulfur diesel, depending upon your needs. They are also economical, portable, scaleable, etc.
