Any help guys? This has been 4 months and nothing seems to help. My plates are simple Negative neutral positive.

Hi, I ran a smaller unit for 6 months in a vw jetta diesel my unit was about a litre and I used one teaspoon of bicarb,it ran hot but produced a lot of hydroxy, giving me 80+ mpg,you can use a windshield washer reservoir as a bubbler and by keeping it higher than the cell allow a greater flow of electrolyte as the heat will rise to the reservoir and as long as the cell is kept full via the resevoir there should be no problem,it is true that more electrolite means more amps and more heat, if you position the cell behind the the front grill of the vehicle so air flows whilst on the move this should help also,my only other suggestion is the use of a pulse wave modulater,(motor speed controller) these can be purchased from e.bay or canaberlized from the speed trigger off an old cordless drill,I may have told you stuff you already know but stick at it the savings are worth it both in cash and less pollution.
I hope things go well for you,Bazmaz
