RE: New free energy
Post#1
I can’t believe it, this is virtually the same design that I came up with back in 1982, I was so convinced it would work I built it, and guess what it did…..Not work, the problems I got was
1, there was no way of getting an effective seal while overcoming the friction,
2, the gravitational kinetic energy in the water (pressure) is greater than the atmospheric air supply, I could never get a vacuum effect at the intake due to friction so as a result the air needs to be pumped in at a greater pressure than the height of the water above the air intake to stop it flooding.
(which defeats the object of free energy)
I gave this one up after a year or so trying extra modifications, since spending @£200 on building the prototype (a 50 litre 1m high version) and modifications back in 1982-84.
At this stage of your design the energy “in” is far less than energy “out”, the maximum energy output you can expect with this design in its current state is 0, as all the forces balances and you’ve still got friction to overcome.
Having been down this road, my suggestion will be try storing the input cycle to a greater force than the output adding another potential kinetic energy storage device to your design, you already have the perpetual kinetic source, you just need a way to store it.
It thought me a lot about gravity, buoyancy, and displacement, plus just seeing someone else with the same designs its given me such a buzz, (I am not alone) well worth the aggravation and money spent.
But I hope you have more patients than me with this particular design if your objective is to make it work.
Must point out what I had learnt during this and other experiences, the only way to produce perpetual energy is by storing a perpetual force eg. gravitational kinetic energy to a greater than input potential and using it in an oscillating form. Like hydro kinetic oscillation.
