Curious as ever... where does one go for funding for a project that the inventor has spent $2 million of his own money and 3 years of his life to bring to commercialization stage?

Where should I be going to find someone, or a group, who can take this incredible project to the world and for global distribution?

I have European Government support but require someone to back the final beta site program... WHERE DO I GO? PLEASE HELP!
